Balakot's heroes will be honored, 5 pilots who involved in Balakot airstrike will get Air Force medal

Air Force pilots who destroy the terrorists' camp in Balakot Pakistan will be honored by indian air force. On the occasion of Independence Day, Wing Commander Amit Ranjan, Squadron Leader Rahul Basoya, Pankaj Bhujade, BKN Reddy, Shashank Singh will be given the Air Force Medal (Bravery).

All these officers are pilots of the Mirage 2000 fighter aircraft. It was he who bombed Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorist camp in Balakot city of Pakistan.

After the terrorist attack on CRPF convoy in Pulwama, Jammu and Kashmir, the Indian Air Force entered into the Pakistan and performe air strike in Balakot. The Indian Air Force had targeted the hideouts of the terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammad in Balakot and codenamed the operation - Operation Bandar.
